Mat Based Pilates

We offer small group matwork classes, limited to six participants as we believe more individual attention helps improve your technique. Our Pilates classes incorporate small equipment such as the mini-ball, power ring, resistance band and Pilates stability ball.

Pilates is fantastic for building core strength, for those wishing to avoid or recover from an injury. Pilates will also improve circulation, posture and release muscular tension.
