Woodstock Pilates was founded by Kate Bennett in 2009 with the aim of creating an inclusive exercise environment for anyone seeking to improve their health and wellbeing.

We believe pilates is for everyone, whatever your age or physical ability.

Our one to one and small group studio classes mean we tailor exercise routines to meet individuals’ needs.

Using specialist pilates studio equipment, our fully qualified and experienced instructors work with you to help you achieve your movement, strength and fitness goals.

Our clients report a range of benefits from our classes including improved posture and flexibility as well as greater strength and muscle control.

Pilates is for everyone, from those wishing to age well to those wishing to improve
athletic performance and run faster, and to those recovering from injury.

Our studio is light and airy, occupying the first floor of a sympathetically converted former tannery in Woodstock, Oxfordshire.
Conveniently located close to the centre of the town, we have a small number of parking spaces on site.
