About Woodstock Pilates

I started teaching group exercise classes in 2008 and then progressed to becoming a Personal Trainer. As a Personal Trainer I was always fascinated by movement and was always looking for better methods to improve posture and form. I then decided to become a mat Pilates instructor and followed on from this to become a comprehensive equipment instructor.

Since then I haven't looked back, Pilates is so interesting in every aspect and I love its gentle but progressive nature. I like to give my clients a session which makes them feel a positive change in their body. Alignment, breathing and movement is my focus when teaching either dynamic or remedial work. I want everyone to enjoy the benefits Pilates can bring and feel great about themselves.
